We are currently seeking a talented IT-Operations Technology Manager to oversee all IT and OT activities at our Dublin manufacturing site. Responsibilities include managing resources in Industrial Data Processing and Automation to deliver CAPEX project for the site to support its growth and ensure business continuity for OT assets. As the main contact for the Dublin site, you are maintaining a close relationship with the Site Leadership Team and report directly to the Director of IT TechOps in France, with a dotted line to the Head of Engineering in Dublin for collaborative projects and activities. The IT- OT Manager also acts as the liaison between local and global IT organizations.
Main Responsibilities:
Manufacturing/Business Relationship Management:
Lead the relationship with the Site Leadership Team (SLT).
Build a shared roadmap with the site, setting priorities in collaboration with the Business Process Owner.
Ensure transparency on project progress, risks, and countermeasures through regular and formal meetings.
Provide the SLT with updates on global IT projects or maintenance work related to the site.
Address any questions, issues, or requests from the SLT and follow up with the appropriate person at the global IT level.
Team Management:
Set up and adapt the organization to meet the site's needs in IT/OT infrastructures, cybersecurity, process control, and automation.
Manage the development and involvement of team members, encouraging innovation.
Organize and manage department activities in line with site priorities.
Manage the budget (OPEX and CAPEX) linked to activities and projects.
Drive operational excellence with relevant KPIs.
IT/OT Manager:
Ensure high service levels to manufacturing sites for business continuity and manage enhancements or projects to improve production capabilities.
Collaborate closely with site managers to integrate site needs, including global technical standards.
Involve the OT team in evaluating technical solutions and commissioning selected solutions with associated documentation.
Maintain ongoing dialogue with other sites to share best practices and ensure overall consistency.
Project Management:
Lead and manage single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
Update the 5-year IT TechOps roadmap based on process owner stakes, existing IS landscape, and innovation opportunities.
Work closely with the business from project roadmap to launch, playing an active role in the RFP process.
Manage project budgets, orders, and receipts, adjusting forecasts as needed.
Define support models post-go-live and ensure smooth transitions from project to running mode.
Quality and EHS Compliance:
Ensure qualification and maintenance of GMP equipment and installations.
Maintain consistent, relevant, and compliant documentation with Quality and EHS rules.
Apply and ensure respect for QEHS rules in the sector.
Contribute to system qualifications/validations (networks, infrastructure, applications).
Innovation & Digital Transformation:
Stay updated on digital initiatives and smart factory/industry 4.0.
Sustainable IT:

Knowledge & Experience:
Extensive IT experience with a focus on business solutions
Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams and managing several external partners
International team management within remote/matrix organizations
Able to influence and negotiate effectively in situations where the role does not have direct control over resources.
Strong customer centricity
Knowledge of manufacturing industry (MES, LIMS, Quality, EHS)
Knowledge of GxP requirements
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent IT experience
Languages:
Proficient in English; French is a plus
