We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Cleaner to help maintain the property and assist the Property Manager in managing the upkeep of the building. This role is essential to ensuring the property remains in excellent condition, supporting the smooth operation of both the restaurant and upstairs areas.
Role Overview
The Full-Time Cleaner will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the property, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met. You will work closely with the Property Manager to manage the cleanliness of the building and support any property maintenance tasks. This is a key role in maintaining a pleasant and functional environment for both staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, lounges, and staff rooms.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring all surfaces are dusted and free from debris.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces, ensuring a streak-free finish.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
- Regularly check and replenish restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.).
- Deep clean areas such as kitchen equipment, ventilation, and carpets as required.
- Ensure all waste is disposed of properly and in a timely manner, including recycling where applicable.
Property Maintenance Support
- Assist the Property Manager with basic maintenance tasks, such as reporting issues with lighting, plumbing, or heating.
- Ensure all cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked and organized.
- Help maintain exterior cleanliness, including cleaning entryways, walkways, and outdoor seating areas.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure cleaning practices adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with local regulations, particularly in food-related areas.
Team Support
- Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and other team members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.
- Support the team during special events or busy periods, assisting with additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures, with an understanding of health and safety standards.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor polishers, and pressure washers.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Working Hours
- Full-Time Role: 40 hours per week, with flexibility depending on the needs of the property.
- Some evening and weekend work may be required to support restaurant operations and special events.

Pay: €12.70-€16.26 per hour
