Job Description
As a key member of the HR team, you will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers providing HR support on all aspects of operational HR. You will deal with all aspects of the employee lifecycle and also support global HR projects. Core responsibilities include:
- Provide advice and guidance regarding HR policies and procedures
- Involvement in HR projects and initiatives, as required
- Assist with benefits administration and scheme renewals
- Supervise the administration through the entire employee life cycle from Onboarding to Offboarding
- Payroll Administration (starters/leavers and amendments)
- Family friendly leave advice and administration
- Manage the ‘Ask HR’ inbox, responding to queries and providing advice
- Manage Fitness and Probity due diligence for the Irish entities in collaboration with compliance and other relevant stakeholders.
- Manage immigration processes and demonstrate a good awareness of visa/sponsorship and employment permit requirements across the UK and Ireland in particular.
- Assist in managing employee relations cases
- Manage administration and processing involved in internal mobility procedures (transfers, secondments, relocations etc.)
- Ensure the HR information system is updated with any changes, e.g. salary changes, job title changes, maternity leave, secondments, etc.
- Train & coach junior colleagues
- Any other ad-hoc duties, as required.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar experience
- Previous experience working in Human Resources for a fast-paced organization as an HR Generalist or comparable role for at least 5 years.
- Knowledge of local employment legislation
- Knowledge of disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability processes

Clear and concise communications skills; including being able to respond appropriately to different audiences. Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately. Ability to plan and prioritize. Ability to handle sensitive data in a confidential manner at all times.
