As a Part-Time Marketing and Outreach Consultant, you'll be responsible for building positive relationships with clients in order to gain a better understanding of your clients' recruitment needs and requirements.
You will be expected to meet with decision makers in Nursing Homes and Hospitals across the country, introducing our services to them and building up sustainable relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
Schedule and attend meetings with hospital managers, nursing home managers, and healthcare leaders to introduce and promote our services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client needs are understood and met.
Assist in coordinating client accounts and service requests.
Prepare and maintain accurate client records and reports.
Support the recruitment and operations teams when required.
Requirements :
Must be an Irish/EU citizen and legally eligible to work in Ireland.
Possess a full driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in speaking over the phone and in person.
Professional, approachable, and client-focused attitude.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare (advantage but not required).
