Role Overview: We are looking for a recent college graduate with a creative mindset to join our team as a Junior Creative Strategist. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to brand campaigns, support client services, and bring fresh ideas to both our company and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept development and ideation for client brand campaigns
- Campaign planning, execution, and delivery
- Proposal and pitch deck design
- In-house brand development and internal design projects (e.g., internal graphics, materials, and creative assets)
- Client communications and support
- Researching marketing trends among younger demographics to propose innovative ideas
- Managing and maintaining CRM systems
- Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are delivered successfully
Skills & Qualifications:
- College degree in a creative field (e.g., design, visual arts, creative communications) or marketing with a strong creative portfolioStrong creative thinking and idea generationExperience creating visual concepts, graphics, or design assets for campaigns, presentations, or internal projects
- Passion for marketing, brands, and storytelling, with an interest in arts, design, or creative industries
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary: €28,000 per year
Working Hours & Hybrid Working:
- Mon–Fri: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (42.5 hours/week)
- In-office: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
- WFH: Tuesday & Thursday
- Annual Leave: 4 weeks (20 days) per year, plus 9 public/bank holidays
- Own laptop required for creative and campaign work
