- The estimator will be assisting in quantifying, take off's and full tender process
- Communicating with suppliers and obtaining quotations
- Experience in a construction environment is beneficial
- The successful candidate would need to have a third level accreditation or relevant trade experience
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate with site staff, and produce variations records
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential
- IT literate , Autocad beneficial and ability to produce and submit claims essential
