- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, including floors, work surfaces, and equipment
- Wash and store pots, pans, utensils, and crockery efficiently
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required
- Empty bins and manage waste disposal in line with hygiene standards
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are used safely and correctly
- Support the kitchen team to ensure service runs smoothly and on time
