The Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a key role in supporting our chefs and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Operating and cleaning kitchen equipment and dishwashers
- Assisting with basic food preparation when required
- Ensuring correct storage and handling of kitchen supplies
- Supporting the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
- Being an ambassador for Pembroke Kilkenny, upholding our values of quality, teamwork, and hospitality

Salary will be reflective of your experience and what you bring to the role.
This is a full-time position requiring full flexibility. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential, we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
