Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
- Dishwashing: Washing and sanitising all kitchenware, including pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes
- Cleaning: Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, equipment, and food preparation areas
- Food Preparation: Assisting with basic food preparation tasks like peeling, chopping, and washing vegetables
- Inventory Management: Helping with the receiving and storage of food and kitchen supplies, and keeping storage areas organised
- Waste Management: Emptying bins and ensuring proper disposal of kitchen waste
- Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, and sinks
Requirements of the role:
- Must be available to work any 4/5 days over a 7 day working week including bank holidays
- Permission to work in Ireland
- Team player, positive attitude
- Experience in a similar role is desirable, not essential
