Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Head Landscaper and Garden Designer to execute landscaping projects to the highest standards.
Perform hard landscaping tasks, including paving, decking, fencing, and the construction of bespoke garden features.
Operate a variety of landscaping machinery safely and effectively.
Complete all tasks with attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality finish on every project.
Assist with soft landscaping as needed, including planting, turfing, and garden maintenance.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hard landscaping is a must.
Proficiency in operating landscaping machinery (e.g., diggers, loaders, etc.).
A strong work ethic, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
Ability to work well within a team, taking direction from the Head Landscaper and Garden Designer.
Physically fit and capable of performing the demands of outdoor work.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
