A* well established medium-size English school in Dublin city centre is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual for a role of the school admin to manage daily operations and ensure a positive experience for all students. This role involves comprehensive administrative support, including handling inquiries (email, phone, in-person), managing sales leads, processing payments, and maintaining accurate student records and class lists. The administrator will also be responsible for coordinating social activities, overseeing start and end-of-course experiences, assisting with social media, managing supplies, and ensuring the upkeep of school premises. Excellent communication, attention to detail, ability and willingness to learn and a generally proactive attitude are essential for success in this dynamic environment. Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in another language (Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese) is a bonus. Responsibilities: *1.Replying to students’ enquires (email, phone, text / whatsapp) 2.Following up on sales leads 3.Dealing with current students incl. taking and recording payments 4.Manning the front desk and providing prospective students who walk into the school with relevant details 5.Arranging student assessments 6.Preparing and maintaining the class lists (in collaboration with other staff members) 7.Scheduling classes (in collaboration with other staff members) 8.Maintaining various files and logs (class logs, customer surveys, students data as well as fire log, library log, insurance information etc) 9.Coordinating weekly social activities and trips 10.Managing start-of-course and end-of-course experience on Fridays for new and finishing students 11.School social media (in collaboration with other staff members) 12.Ensuring all basic office, classroom andkitchenette supplies are in place (paper, markers, toners, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, paper towels etc) 13.Checking the classrooms and common areas every morning and afternoon (closing windows,moving chairs, keeping toilets and tea and coffee station upstairs in presentable condition.) 14.Alerting the school management to any issues and escalating enquiries you cannot answer

Availability to work on one evening per week and on selected Saturdays (half day)

Work experience in the English language sector in Ireland not required but would be considered a considerable bonus
