About the Lead Copywriter:
MarketStar is looking for a Lead Copywriter to support Fortune 1000 brands out of our Dublin, Ireland office. As a Lead Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content that resonates with our audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies that align with our brand voice and objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the narrative of one of the most widely used web browsers in the world.
Location: Hybrid, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in office)
What Will You Do?
Develop and execute creative content strategies for our clients.
Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for various marketing materials, including web pages, emails, social media, and advertisements.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience and industry trends.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and engagement.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Provide leadership, creative direction, and feedback to junior copywriters and other team members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing best practices and technologies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
What You Will Need to Succeed?:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a B2B tech or digital marketing environment.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Ability to create compelling and engaging content for various platforms and audiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
Passion for technology and staying current with industry trends.

The pay range for this position is base salary per annum of between €70,000 and €75,000. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
