Specific responsibilities
We are looking for an HR professional with learning and development experience to join our leadership team. As a Director and Senior Manager focused on growing our learning offering in Workforce Transformation, your role will include the following:
- Develop learning strategies and create impactful learning solutions including the design, development, and deployment of learning programmes incorporating learning technology and innovation
- Develop our full suite of learning offerings and products across a variety of topics inllucding but not limited to leadership development, AI fluency and sustainability
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and solve complex challenges utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology
- Build the business aligned to overall organisational and service line targets by identifying opportunities, capitalising on stakeholder relationships, and building the sales pipeline
- Accountable for business development by participating in proposition development, contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and internal Account teams
- Lead out on one or more projects ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables, delivering value to our clients and managing project and service line commercials
- Develop the team members by identifying their strengths, coaching and proposing changes to the ways of working as appropriate
- Build subject matter expertise on learning and development topics through research and experience to bring leading market insights to the clients
About You
Overall, your experience should include a contribution to large-scale talent/workforce transformation programmes as a management consultant or as an HR professional in a large/global organisation. If you work in a Professional Services organisation (Big 4/Boutique) or in an internal Workforce Transformation/ HR team and have experience in most of the areas below, this role is for you.
- Relevant experience in consulting or fast-paced HR teams, specialising in learning, commercial excellence, and sales roles, with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets and build business pipelines
- Possess the ability to translate and operationalise learning strategies, with experience in architecting comprehensive learning solutions, including analysis, design, content development, and train-the-trainer initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes in large, complex organisations.
- Experienced in managing learning vendors with internal or client teams to achieve target outcomes, complemented by strong analytical skills using MS Excel, Tableau, Macros, and Access for data analysis
- Experienced in leading strategic projects within consulting organisations or as an internal consultant or HR professional in large organisations, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality deliverables for clients or internal stakeholders, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate significant experience in successful business development initiatives, relationship management, and strategic planning to drive growth and achieve organisational objectives
- Experienced in multi-disciplinary teams and fast-paced environments, with a creative approach to problem-solving and strong project management skills in planning, governance, and financials.
- Exceptional communication and people skills, ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels in an organization
- Develop yourself by actively seeking opportunities for growth, sharing knowledge and experiences with others, and acting as a strong brand ambassador
