We are currently seeking a Leisure Club Qualified Attendant / Swim Instructor to join the team at Charleville Park Hotel.
The Role: We are currently recruiting for a qualified Full-Time Leisure Club Attendant/ Swim Instructor to join the Leisure Club team at the Charleville Park Hotel, who is passionate about fitness and qualified to instruct or teach classes.
The Person: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused qualified individual with a passion for health and fitness. The ideal candidate will be a team player, passionate about sports or fitness, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to creating a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities include:
· To teach swimming lessons to a very high standard
· Provide for the health and safety of participants, including ensuring that all teaching and practice areas are free of hazards, and that materials and equipment are safe
· Cover all material required in a level
· Communicate regularly with participants and their parents, as appropriate, to ensure they are aware of progress
· Recognise and respond effectively in emergencies in accordance with facility emergency action plans
· Enforce all aquatic facility policies, rules and regulations
· Complete records and reports
· Participate in regular in-service training sessions
· Customer service
· Maintain high standards of supervision while performing lifeguard duties / classes.
· Uphold high standards of pool cleanliness and hygiene.
· Promote the facility effectively, liaise with members and contribute positively to providing a high level of customer service.
· Carry out leisure attendant duties on site including life guarding and cleaning duties.
Qualifications
· NCEF or equivalent personal trainer and fitness instructor qualification.
· Pool Lifeguard qualifications desirable
· Swim Teacher qualifications required (Level 1 or Level 2)
· Current First Aid Qualification desirable
Skills Required
● The ability to deal with customers and their queries and concerns with tact and sensitivity. ● The ability to work as part of a team.
● The ability to undertake routine maintenance and cleaning.
● The ability to deliver high quality service with minimal supervision.
