Are you a dynamic, results-driven Leisure Centre Manager with a passion for fitness and exceptional guest experiences? The iNUA Collection, a leading hotel group in Ireland, is seeking a talented professional to lead our Fitness Club, drive sales and retention, and ensure operational excellence.
Your Role: You will be responsible for delivering fantastic business operations within budget, actively driving sales and retention membership numbers, and achieving outstanding business results. Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager and working closely with the Group Leisure Manager, you will formulate robust processes in areas such as Health & Safety, Marketing & Sales Plans, and Corporate and Wellbeing Events, all while maintaining excellent standards.
You will strive to actively seek new business for the Leisure Centre and provide the best possible customer service, exceeding expectations at every opportunity. A key focus will be on growing customer value, ensuring members and guests want to stay and recommend us to others. You will have financial revenue and profit targets to ensure month-on-month growth of live membership numbers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Generate revenue through innovative marketing and business systems.
- Manage Payroll and Departmental costs within the allocated budget.
- Manage operations with energy, ensuring the Leisure Centre consistently achieves the highest standards.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of leisure centre plant and equipment, including operational procedures and basic maintenance requirements, to ensure the safe and efficient running of facilities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team ensuring they embody our core values and perform at their highest level.
- Ensure all facilities are kept to agreed standards of hygiene and in excellent condition.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by exercising discipline in all areas of compliance and meeting essential requirements.
- You will champion sustainability initiatives within the Leisure Centre's operations ensuring the highest standards are achieved.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance for your team.
