Full time licenced estate agent with industry experience in residential sales. Full time position attached to our Bandon office but flexible to assist agency offices in Ballincollig & Kinsale.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to handle a high volume of sales in a busy environment.
- Manage the entire sales process from marketing to viewing and sales of new and resale properties.
- Liaise with the marketing team and solicitors where required.
- Strong market knowledge contributing to market intel database.
- Expert negotiating skills to manage both new and existing client relationships in a professional manner.
- Ability to work effectively, be target-driven and motivated by success.
- Results focused with an organised approach to time management and workload requirements.
- Ability to adapt to a changing and progressive organisation.
- Capable of listening, analysing and understanding customer requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- PSRA License.
- Full Driving License.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
- Team player with equal ability to work independently to high consistent professional standards.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good IT skills – Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and associated databases.
- Dependable – ability to work on your own initiative.
