Role Overview:
We are currently seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Lounge Staff to join our front-of-house team at The Old Orchard Inn. This is a full-time position, offering €13.50 per hour, and is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in providing excellent service, and thrives in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide efficient, friendly service at all times
- Take food and drink orders clearly and confidently
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit
- Maintain a clean and well-presented lounge area
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Support colleagues and work closely with the bar and kitchen teams
- Respond to guest queries and resolve any issues with professionalism
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, appearance, and service
Qualifications:
- 1 years experience in a similar lounge, bar, or restaurant role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and mornings as required
- Must have previous experience working in Ireland
- Fluent English
- References essential
