This role blends high-level sales ability with design expertise, offering clients a bespoke and consultative buying experience. The right person will naturally build relationships, understand the art of luxury selling, and guide clients to create beautiful interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and close high-value furniture and interiors sales with a consultative, customer-first approach
- Manage client relationships from initial contact to after-sales service, ensuring a seamless luxury experience
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with the latest interior trends, collections, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with suppliers, designers, and logistics teams to deliver a flawless client experience.

Interior design experience—whether formal training or hands-on practice with residential projects

Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in luxury retail sales, interiors sales, or interior design consultancy
- Proven track record in sales, ideally in high-end furniture or interiors
- Design qualifications or relevant hands-on design experience preferred
