We are a well-established window blinds manufacturer based in County Meath, seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operator to join our production team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, takes pride in quality work, and is looking for a stable, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and tools for the manufacturing of window blinds
- Assemble, cut, and pack products to meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Work closely with team members to meet daily targets
- Perform basic quality checks and report any defects

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is an advantage but not essential
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
- Good English (spoken and written)
