POSITION SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Support Administrator is a key team member within the Manufacturing Department. The post holder will support the GMP Manufacturing group to ensure essential elements are in place to allow operations to commence and run to scheduled timelines.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform MRS updates and addition of new materials to MRS.
- Perform SAP close out of LMRs, BMRs and other process orders.
- Support QA with Material Change Notifications.
- Generation and approval of manufacturing batch records.
- Compilation of new SOPs and periodic review of existing SOPs.
- Completion of production related SCARs – initiate case with vendor, track to completion, implement improvements (CAPAs) on site as required.
- Update Manufacturing Job Descriptions and creation of new job descriptions.
- Assist in the generation of training materials and the execution of training.
- Participate in Quality and Safety regulatory audits as required
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
This role will include working with teams, both in Zoetis Tullamore and externally with Contract Manufacturing Organisations.
The role will involve interation with USP, and DSP within the manufacturing department and with external stake holders such as QC, WHSE and ENG.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a corporate environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal, conversational and written English.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with SAP systems is preferred.
- Ability to prioritise, plan and manage tasks to meet agreed deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain very clear records of work completed.
- A self-starter with excellent initiative.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure operational compliance is maintained.
- Adhere to safe working practices as set out in the safety statement and other safety instructions. Assist in providing a safe place of work for employees.
PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
This will primarily be desk based. There will be a requirement to support out of hours activities on occasion.
