Social Gravity is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Dublin, specialising in helping home service businesses grow through effective digital marketing. From SEO to Google Ads, TikTok Ads to high-converting websites, we handle all the marketing so our clients can focus on closing deals.
We're now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and serve as the key link between our clients and our internal fulfilment team.
Role Overview
As our Account Manager, you’ll be the central point of contact for multiple client accounts. You’ll be responsible for strategic planning, communication, and campaign execution across various digital channels. Your goal will be to ensure that each client gets results, feels supported, and stays informed—while coordinating closely with our internal SEO, Ads, and Web teams to deliver work on time and at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Lead strategy development across SEO, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and website design projects for home service businesses.
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
Client & Team Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for your assigned clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships with clear, regular communication.
- Work closely with internal fulfilment teams to ensure all work is on track and aligned with the client's vision.
Campaign Planning & Management
- Prepare clear and detailed briefs for campaigns or design projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch and manage campaigns across channels.
Reporting & Measurement
- Track and review campaign performance and project progress.
- Share monthly/quarterly performance updates with clients.
- Use insights to inform strategy adjustments and continuous improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in an Account Manager or similar client-facing role at a marketing agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially SEO, PPC (Google Ads), social media ads, and web design.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with internal teams and managing deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello) is a plus.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong focus on client success.
