The Marketing Campaign Executive will join an ambitious and passionate team that is tireless in creating the best possible golf travel experiences for clients. The role presents an ideal opportunity for a collaborative, data-driven marketing professional who thrives on delivering measurable results. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and ideally bring knowledge of travel, tourism, or golf industries, with the ability to execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
We’re looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Campaign Executive to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, supporting the wider team to deliver impactful strategies that drive brand awareness, engage existing customers and reach new markets.
Areas of work
- Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Assist in managing CRM programme and ensuring data accuracy for targeted campaigns.
- Co-ordinate the production of marketing assets.
- Liaise with in-house team and external agencies to create engaging content for digital platforms.
- Maintain two websites, ensuring content is accurate and SEO-optimised.
- Brief external creative agencies with campaign content requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Provide campaign analysis with recommendations on how to improve campaign performance.
- Assist in promoting Carr Golf's signature events and international tournaments.
- Represent the brand at industry events.
Experience
- Two years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house).
- Competent understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar) is essential.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A knowledge of CMS platforms is desirable (e.g. WordPress).
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with ability to concisely summarise data.
- A strong knowledge of golf is desirable.
- A passion for sport is essential.

Academic/Other Requirements
- Marketing or Business Studies related degree
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Full Driving License and access to a car is essential.
