We're a super passionate, small, dynamic team with lots of exciting new product launches, brand collaborations, retail partnerships and events coming up this year. As we continue to grow and target new markets, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to come aboard and take the reins on our marketing function to help support this next stage of growth.

Role Overview:As Marketing Manager, you'll be at the helm of our brand’s marketing strategy. You’ll oversee every aspect of our marketing function, including developing and executing our marketing strategy, ensuring marketing goals and KPIs are met, and managing our agile internal marketing team and external agencies, creators and designers who support our marketing division. The role will include both our e-commerce and retail business.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Manage the annual marketing strategy planning, including key campaigns, budgets, KPI's and goals
- Manage the monthly marketing strategy meeting with our team, ensuring a cohesive delivery of our strategy across all channels: social, email, paid advertising, events etc.
- Manage the marketing budget and marketing performance, reporting to our finance department and founders
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product availability, seasonal launches, and overall business goals.
Campaign Management:
- Project manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including new product launches, product collaborations, limited editions and lots more!
- Develop the messaging and visuals for campaigns, ensuring consistency and a high standard of execution across channels whilst working with multiple team members and external partners (agencies and freelancers)
- Ensure all team members are delivering on responsibilities as part of campaigns
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage our email audience and drive conversion
- Collaborate with our paid ads agency to manage robust campaigns across social media and search
- Track and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns across all channels, feeding back performance highlights to other departments, including management and finance departments
Website and E-commerce:
- Manage and optimise our Shopify store content to drive conversion, improve UX, and streamline the purchase process
- Monitor eCommerce sales, including subscriptions and limited edition sales
- Leverage analytics tools to uncover insights and inform our product, marketing and sales strategies
- Update website content in line with new product launches or special editions
- Manage relationship with digital ad agencies to drive performance from paid ads
Brand Building & Content Strategy:
- Be the Brand Guardian - live and breathe our brand guidelines, mission and purpose and ensure consistency of this across all communications activities
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, on-brand marketing content that resonates with consumers and conveys our mission
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms, ensuring our story is clear, compelling, and memorable.
Retail Marketing:
- Support our sales teams with retail marketing collateral, including POS, retail pitch decks etc
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record in a marketing role, ideally within e-commerce or a fast-growing start-up or digital brand
- A strategic and solutions focussed attitude. Must be able to develop and articulate a a clear strategy, using data and insights where available
- Strong communication who can manage 3 party providers
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to resonate with a health-conscious, eco-minded audience
- A creative thinker who can confidently and informatively brief on creative projects or critique creative work
- Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo), and targeted ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO
