Job Summary

We are seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our Lifestyle Business.

In this role you will report to our Strategic Marketing & Proposals Manager. This individual will act as a creative design subject matter expert (SME) within our growing business unit, leveraging market insights, customer awareness and strong visual storytelling to craft a cohesive narrative both internally and externally. The Creative Marketer will be instrumental in amplifying our brand, enabling future-focused strategies, and supporting new business growth in the Lifestyle Market space. They will become the creative force behind compelling, differentiated presentation and video content that brings the Flex story to life.

What a typical day looks like:

• Partners with sales, marketing and proposal teams to shape and deliver content that communicates strategy, supports goals and enables sales for the business or function.
• Holds up global and regional marketing initiatives with creative content in alignment with the business and functional strategies.
• Identifies and prioritizes key themes and concepts with partnership to the subject matter expert to hold up or create storylines and content.
• Delivers industry-best materials (including design, graphics, use of stock and Flex photography), in mixed media including InDesign, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Completes end to end project tasks to create deliverables and content.
• Creates and edits marketing videos that are tailored to customer and market-level audiences.
• May help with metrics development and tracking.
• Properly uses the system applications and resources accurately and efficiently while providing a comprehensive quality service.
• Demonstrates clear verbal and written English to ensure customer comprehension.
• Contributes with bigger projects/programs management.
• Frequently interacts with managers across the Lifestyle segment.
• Can interact with senior management, with middle level managers and groups of unipersonal contributors.

Some of the experience we are looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic marketing or graphic design, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, MS Word)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software an asset (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Strong knowledge of branding, value proposition development, and marketing analytics.
