M3 Service Station are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our friendly and fast paced team of our Maxol Shop Department. The successful candidate will work on a part time basis and be fully flexible. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual. The main function of the role is to ensure that a high level customer service is delivered to our customers at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
- Balancing cash registers with receipts.
- Store room and forecourt duties
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
- Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean at all times.
- HACCP and health and safety.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- Work well with in a team environment and can take instructions.
The Ideal Candidate will possess:
- The ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing retail environment.
- Cash handling experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Hard working and dedicated.
