BAM Building are recruiting for a qualified Mechanical Foreman / Supervisor to work on a mixed-use project in Cork.
- Supervising & inspection of the Mechanical systems installation.
- Ensuring completion of works to a high standard, in adherence to strict deadlines.
- Working closely with the Mechanical Manager and wider multidisciplinary team, providing regular progress updates.
- Implementation and monitoring of health and safety standards.
- Successful experience as a Mechanical Supervisor working with multiple projects and with a minimum of 4 years in this or a similar type role.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and safety standards.
- Open collaborative approach and willing to help and assist those around you.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Desirable:
- Proven experience leading Mechanical teams in a Chargehand/Foreman role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Safe Pass and manual handing.
- Working at heights and abrasive wheel training would be an advantage.
- Ability to read schematics and layout drawings.
