We are seeking a warm, friendly receptionist for our general practice, to join the existing administrative team of two.
The role involves welcoming and checking in patients, waiting room management, answering phones, booking appointments, managing patient enquiries, billing and supporting our clinical team with administrative duties.
The role requires someone who is flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude and who strives to continually improve work streams as our business grows.
The candidate must be able to work under pressure in a busy clinical environment. Experience in a previous general practice setting is ideal but not essential to apply.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
