Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and sales-oriented Medical Office Administrator to join our team. This role is key to creating a welcoming environment for patients while also supporting the clinic’s growth through effective communication and product/service sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients—both in person and over the phone—and play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Administrative Duties:
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and scheduling software
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Handle insurance verification, billing, and payment processing
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with prompt and courteous service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Educate patients on available treatments, services, and products
- Promote treatments or procedures
- Follow up with patients for satisfaction
Full training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From €28,000.00 per year
