Requirements :

- Must be punctual and have empathy, patience & excellent communication skills, as you are the first person to meet and greet the patients.
- Highly organised and good attention to detail
- Computer literate and experience

- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensuring all patients are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
- Act as Front of House, meeting and greeting patients on arrival or by phone or by email
- Promptly replying to phone calls and emails
- Maintain daily lists for clinics in advance.
- Book all appointments from clinic phone calls, emails and for referred patients.
- Ensuring documentation relating to the patient is available for clinics.
- Liaise with patients regarding scheduling of all appointments including all consultation and procedures
- Keep the reception areas clean and presentable
- Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices for patient consultations and procedures.
- Accounts Payable: Make payments to suppliers, scan and keep records of all office bills and receipts.
- Daily reconciliation of accounts
- Responsible for book keeping, office accounts and handling of payments.
- Keep track and record of clinical and non clinical supplies.
- Maintain stock levels and place product orders as needed
- Assist in other tasks as needed

Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
