Langford Medical Centre is a centrally located GP practice in Cork city. We are currently looking for a capable, motivated medical receptionist to join our team. This is a front-facing role involving patient contact while also providing admin support to the clinical team.
Candidates with prior experience of working in a GP practice and knowledge of Socrates software would be an advantage, but not essential.
Responsibilities: Working with other team members on the front desk, greeting patients, checking them in and taking payments as well as managing the phone lines and emails. Other duties include scheduling appointments, general patient support and end of day cash-up.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
