In addition to developing an engaged and high performing sales team, you’ll be responsible for collaborating with other cross-functional teams across Meta at market and regional level to fuel our emerging technologies across AI, automation and the immersive capabilities of the Metaverse.Middle East & North Africa MidMarket Sales Leader Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue quota and product adoption targets
- Foster a environment that prioritizes people and embodies Meta's values, with a focus on team collaboration
- Talent development including recruiting, training, coaching, mentorship and career guidance to empower all team members to reach their full potential
- Develop and lead strategic programs to grow the business in partnership with our internal cross-functional partners across creative, business product marketing, marketing science and business engineering
- Nurture a client-centric approach in all that we do - focus on understanding client sentiment with a targeted approach to accelerate customer satisfaction and net promoter score
- Foster executive and C-level client relationships both internally and externally to show-case innovative practices and solutions
- Establish team goals and support direct reports by manager co-selling in client meetings in order to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets
- Communicate market feedback and product needs to the rest of the organization as appropriate
- Lead sales operational efficiency, accelerating product adoption of Meta’s product suite
- Proven track record of exceeding key performance metrics, goals and sales revenue quotas on a quarterly and annual basis
- Track record of inspiring, leading and developing others, leveraging programs to enhance team health and effectiveness
- Define and execute sales growth strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, marketing, business engineering) in order to accelerate revenue growth and improve client satisfaction
- Knowledge of the digital marketing industry and experience across full funnel marketing campaigns and tactics to drive brand awareness, discovery, demand generation and conversion
- Proven track record of building trust with C Level Stakeholders - delivering a consultative sales approach to develop client partnerships
- Experienced driver of sales operational efficiency including defining and measurement of key performance metrics, data analytics, effective sales processes, tooling and systems
- Arabic language skills, ideally fluent verbal and written
