Requirements for the Cleaning Operative/Driver Job
Driving License: Full, clean and valid Category B Driving License (held for at least 1 year), no accidents within the last 3 years.
Must be fully flexible and available to work full time hours.
Previous experience preferable but not essential as training is provided.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
Full uniform and identification must be worn while working at sites.
Adherence to all health and safety policies and procedures.
Person wanting this job needs to have excellent health as this job involves of heavy lifting.
Additional Skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Sample duties for the Cleaning Operative Job
Daily cleaning duties are carried out following the cleaning checklist and work schedule tailored for each client site. Tasks include emptying bins, vacuuming and washing floors, cleaning both external and internal windows, dusting window ledges, rails, skirting, and glass panels, cleaning toilet areas, and operating cleaning machinery such as buffers and scrubber dryers, among other tasks.
It will also be necessary to undertake deliveries. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and safely operate a delivery vehicle.
