What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in preventative maintenance and servicing of heavy plant machinery is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong diagnostic and repair skills across various plant types (e.g., excavators, loaders, dozers, generators, crushers).
- Independent & Team Player: Ability to work effectively on your own initiative while also collaborating seamlessly within a team when required.
- Problem-Solver: A logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues.
- Commitment to Quality: Dedication to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Full Clean Irish Driving Licence: Essential for this mobile role.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and comprehensive servicing on heavy mobile and fixed plant machinery.
- Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults efficiently and accurately.
- Executing timely and effective repairs to minimise downtime.
- Completing all necessary service reports and documentation to a high standard.
- Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Providing exceptional on-site support and building strong relationships with clients.
