We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a clean and safe space for both employees and visitors.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, and communal areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper usage is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and management effectively.
