As a Motor Claims Handler, you will take ownership of a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring efficient and fair resolution in line with regulatory standards. The role offers hybrid working after training and includes an onsite parking space for added convenience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle motor insurance claims from notification through to settlement
- Communicate with clients, third parties, assessors, and repairers
- Ensure all claims are managed within agreed timeframes and service standards
- Maintain detailed and accurate records on internal systems
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Motor Claims Handler
- APA or CIP qualified, or currently working towards qualification
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
