P. G Duffy & Sons Main Citroen & Suzuki Dealer is looking for a Motor Technician to join our Aftersales team.
Responsibilities include:
- Service & repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and dealership standards
- Performing work as outlined on the job card with efficiency and accuracy
- Using diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensure vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectified
- Examining the vehicle and performing vehicle health checks to determine if additional safety or service work is required
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Relevant Motor Mechanic/Automotive Technician qualification.
- Proven experience as a motor technician or automotive mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full driver’s licence
- Good communication and time management skills
- Someone in their 4th year of of their apprenticeship may also be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
