Reactive Property Maintenance are one of Leinster's largest, leading property maintenance companies, we are continuing to expand and require a skilled and experienced Maintenance person to work in the Kildare, Dublin, Midlands area . We have a very wide range of clients from domestic to commercial clients which makes the job interesting and varied, you are guaranteed to never to do the same thing twice!!
What is the Job:
- Calling into peoples homes and business and fixing problems.
- Multiple skills but with a strong skills in Plastering and Tiling for bathroom renovations and small room skimming,
- Repairing the problems that the 'other guy' from another company couldn't work out or know how to fix.
- Using your experience and skills to carry out repairs and offer solutions to building problems.

What You Get:

- You get a van and the use of it evenings and weekends, including diesel, tolls, parking and a phone.
- Monday to Friday 8.30- 5.00pm working hours, no weekend work or afterhours call outs. Overtime is available.
- No site work, generally you will be driving to different jobs during the day, in houses and commercial premises.
- You get to work with a great bunch of Guys and Girls in the field and office.
You must supply your own hand tools and valid safe pass/ manual handling . Ongoing H&S training is provided by us. Interviews will take place in Ballymount , please send in your CV , you must hold a full clean B driving licence & safe pass
