The position starts with a project and there is possibility of permanent hiring afterwards.
Required experience:
*A least 2 years in construction or renovation of housing in Ireland
*The correct candidate knows about the different tasks required for renovations and building as well as repairs and specialised in at least one task
*Fluently speaks English
*Professionally using tools like saws, drills, mounting of scaffolding
*Good knowledge of different material alternatives
*Can work independently with minimal guidance
*Living in or near cork city
*Attitude of honesty and respect of appointments are mandatory
*Oriented to be a good role model promoting the company in front of the clients
