Marlin operates a collection of lifestyle hotels, aparthotels & serviced apartments across the capital cities of London and Dublin. We are now looking for a Part Time Night Porter to join our hotel in Dublin and deliver consistent service excellence for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Our Night Porters are the face of our business and must be competent in the following:
- Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Demonstrate service excellence for every guest interaction
- Ensure procedures and protocols are carried out to the highest quality
- Ensure transparent communication is maintained for all feedback and incidents
- Assist with all areas of the hotel operation (front office, housekeeping, room service and F&B)
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Engage and support the company standards
