The Role
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Support Coordinator to be the backbone of our daily operations. You’ll ensure smooth order processing, maintain customer satisfaction, and support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders efficiently from receipt to dispatch using Sage 200.
- Liaise directly with customers via phone/email, resolving inquiries and building relationships.
- Track and chase deliveries with couriers/suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Collaborate closely with Area Sales Representatives, providing administrative support and updates.
- Maintain accurate records, invoices, and inventory updates in Sage 200.
- Generate basic reports (e.g., order status, delivery timelines) for the management team.
- Support general office administration as needed.
We’re Looking For Someone With:
- ✅ Proven experience in administration, customer service, or logistics (wholesale/distribution preferred).
- ✅ Proficiency in Sage 200 (essential) – or similar ERP/order management systems.
- ✅ Excellent communication skills – confident with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- ✅ Strong problem-solving ability and a "can-do" attitude when chasing deliveries.
- ✅ High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry/order processing.
- ✅ Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- ✅ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
