Office Administrator required:
Duties will include:
- Handling email and phone inquiries
- Making Daily sales calls to new and existing customers.
- Taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
- Assisting colleagues whenever possible.
- Reconciling accounts.
- Being familiar with Procure wizard is an advantage.
- General day to day running of an office.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Knowledge of Word Programs essential.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems, data entry)
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential
- 3 day week from 7.30am-4.30 daily Monday/Thursday/Friday
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €18,000.00-€20,000.00 per year
