Full-Time Office Administrator – Pat Sheehy Taxi & Minibus LTD
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our drivers and play a key part in the day to day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage driver schedules
- Tender for transport contracts and manage submissions
- Maintain up-to-date records for drivers, vehicles, and compliance
- Provide general office support and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (transport industry preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay: €27,000.00-€41,331.32 per year
