Hughes Agriculture & Farming Ltd is a fresh producer supplier based in Kells, Co. Kilkenny. The company grows, processes, packs and distributes fresh produce to the retail and wholesale markets in Ireland and exports to Europe and North America.
We are currently recruiting for the Role of a part time Office Administrator (20 Hour Week) . As Administrator, you will assist with the smooth running of the office by providing general administrative support. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing sales invoices
- Maintenance of pricing masterfile and debtors ledger
- Collation and input of payroll information
- Stock ordering
- Generating weekly activity reports
- Ad hoc admin duties
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel essential
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively to deadlines
- Structured and with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and flexible demeanour that fosters positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €27,000.00-€40,171.05 per year
