We are an Irish owned Medical Distributor and are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator/Marketing Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Drogheda.
This is a key position within our company, supporting both administrative operations and communication with our customers and suppliers. This role offers variety, so applicants should be prepared for a dynamic and varied work week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day to day office administration and clerical tasks
- Answer phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Preparing customer sales quotations and orders
- Maintain records, databased and inventory
- Assist with invoicing and general accounts support
- Provide administrative support to management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00 per year
