ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an entry-level role where you'll support the day-to-day operations that keep our global employment solutions running smoothly while one of our Operations Managers is out on maternity leave. You'll be involved in everything from client and employee onboarding to helping with payroll processes – all while learning the ins and outs of international employment operations. While this is a fixed-term contract, there is the possibility of it being extended to a full-time position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support compliance efforts related to labour laws and tax requirements
- Help maintain and improve our operational activities
- Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations
- Assist with employee onboarding across different countries
- Support the timely completion of monthly payroll tasks
- Help ensure our clients and employees receive prompt, accurate responses
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) with a willingness to develop these further
- Detail-oriented approach – the small stuff matters in global operations!
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cultures with people across the company
- Curiosity about how things work and interest in improving processes
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities
