About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Operations Manager to join our growing team at Kinvara Skincare, Ireland’s most awarded natural skincare brand. This is a critical leadership role at the heart of our business, ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and pace to a fast-moving SME environment.
You’ll play a central role in managing day-to-day operations across inventory, logistics, systems, customer service, and third-party partnerships. Working closely with senior leaders across sales, marketing, and finance, you’ll help ensure our operations are tightly aligned with strategic goals as we scale nationally and internationally.

What you will do
As Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of our business operations, including inventory, logistics, systems, customer service, third-party partnerships in manufacturing and 3PLs. You are a key player within the leadership team and you will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and finance leaders to achieve business results. You’ll manage and improve our operational infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll use data to drive decisions and work cross-functionally to support the company’s next phase of growth.
Business Operations & Systems
- Take a high level overview of your department and cross functionally across the business to lead smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Liaise and communicate daily/weekly/as required with key manufacturing and 3PL partnerships.
- Lead our internal EOS business structure to ensure accurate and productive information sharing and business planning.
- Support the team with efficient workflow processes and data accuracy enabling performance through strong software applications e.g. CIN7, Shopify, 3PL portals, finance systems are used effectively with strong data integrity.
- Establish and refine SOPs; ensure these are embedded and followed across the business.
- Drive operational readiness for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and business growth initiatives.
- Track KPIs and operational performance metrics, using dashboards and reports to drive improvements.
- Report to the General Manager on business performances through weekly.
Inventory & Logistics
- Manage stock across all sales channels, ensuring alignment. Responsible for completing accurate stocktakes and working with finance to manage stock on hand, COGS and inventory metrics on the P&L.
- Forecast inventory needs, manage buffers, and coordinate purchasing to prevent out-of-stocks
- Support New Product Development (NPD) with timely, well-structured supply and delivery planning
Customer Service Management
- Manage and mentor the Customer Service & Operations Specialist
- Ensure consistent high-quality customer experiences across channels
- Use customer service KPIs to identify trends, solve issues, and implement improvements
Projects & Process Improvement
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve systems, tools, and workflows
- Support change management around new systems, team structures, and business processes
- Act as a key operations point of contact for external stakeholders including semi-state bodies and agencies.
People & Culture

You’ll have
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar operations or business management role, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or omnichannel SMEs
- A third-level qualification in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field (desirable)
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, confident using reports, forecasts, and dashboards
- Proven experience improving processes and delivering scalable efficiencies
- Commercial awareness of how operations impact margin, cashflow, and customer satisfaction
- Technical proficiency with CIN7, Shopify, Xero, ClickUp, or similar platforms
- Financial fluency and experience supporting reporting, budgeting, and cashflow tracking
- Relationship-building skills to engage with internal teams, suppliers, and partners
- Leadership and communication strengths to mentor, motivate, and influence
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities to stay ahead of issues
- A resilient, accountable mindset with the adaptability to pivot when priorities shift
