The primary objective of the role is to ensure our vessels berth as per our Proforma agreements, and that our vessels move through the UK ports as fast, efficiently and safely as possible.
• Generate forecasts for feeder operators
• Send export feeder work orders to feeder operators
• Send export DGNs to feeder operators
• Liaise with feeder operators on cut-offs
• Update and maintain feeder cut-offs in FIS
• Liaise with Feeder Scheduling Team on maintenance of DPs/RVTs
• Adhoc maintenance of feeder schedule
• Actualise feeder schedule
• Send VGM reminders before feeder cut-offs
• Generate MRN list per feeder
• Liaise with Vessel Balancing on bookings to roll
• Monitor TSOPS inbox
• General troubleshooting on emails from GCC / UK team / vendors / customers
- Strong knowledge in Shipping / Port Operations
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
