We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Optical Assistant: Retail & Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about eyecare, customer service, and professional growth, we want to hear from you! Previous experience working as an optical assistant is not required.

Training: Comprehensive training provided
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Administration: Welcome patients warmly, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records.
Pre-Screening Equipment: Operate, calibrate, and maintain pre-screening devices with precision.
Optical Technician Duties: spectacle assembly and repairs.
Supplier Orders: Efficiently place and track supplier orders to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Customer Service & Sales: Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting the best products for their needs.
Requirements:Skills: Proficiency with computers and office software is essential.
Experience: Previous experience in retail, administration, or customer service is advantageous. Previous experience working as an optical assistant is not required.
Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays.
