Burke Opticians, a trusted name in vision care in Ballincollig, are looking for a Full-Time Team Member to join our friendly and professional practice.
Position: Full-Time (37 hours/week)
Location: Burke Opticians, Ballincollig, Co. Cork

Computer proficiency – confident using booking systems, databases & emails
Sales/ Retail experience – able to advise customers, style and guide them toward the right eyewear choices.
Professional & reliable – a team player with a can-do attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with frame selection and lens options
- Booking and managing appointments
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the optometrist with pre-test procedures
- Ensuring the practice is welcoming, clean, and well-organized
- Overall a front of house position
- Previous experience in optics, customer service or retail is a preference
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €28,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
