We are a medium sized garage looking for a part-time service account manager to join our growing team.
Hours: Part-time TBD
The Role:
- Admin and booking for the service team, and to be front of house to the customer
- creating invoices for works done and
- Ensuring that all vehicles that are inspected, worked on or serviced are maintained to a standard that ensures the vehicle is compliant with all legislation
- Complete all required paperwork to the standards required by the company
- Identify any chargeable work & reportto the customer for approval
- Order parts for the service team on time
- Ability to work on your own initiative and to a high standard
